To speed up shipping, we advise you to pay on-line by credit card or prepaid card via PayPal (there is no need to register with PayPal to pay by credit card). Delivery times: processing the order takes around 4-5 working days, which must be added to the shipping times. Speed up delivery: if you pay by bank transfer or Postepay card recharge, email us shop@koolto.com a copy of your bank or card recharge receipt, complete with your name, surname and Koolto® order number. For non-European Union customers only: customs duties or local taxes may be charged when the package reaches the country of destination. These expenses, outside the control of Koolto®, may vary from country to country and may be charged to the addressee. For further information, we advise you to contact the customs authorities in the country of destination. | | | | | | | | | | | | | Returns | | The products you purchase are packaged with the greatest care directly by Koolto® to ensure they arrive perfectly intact. If the product is not perfectly intact or does not correspond to the type or number of products requested you must contact Koolto® within seven days of receiving the parcel at the email address shop@koolto.com. For any dispute, the customers assume full responsibility for their statements. Once the product has been returned, Koolto® will send you a new product/s at its own expense. If you fail to respect these terms within seven days, no disputes will be taken into consideration. | | | | | | | | | | | | Withdrawal Right (L.D. no. 185 of 22/05/1999) | The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalties and without specifying the reason within a period of 10 working days, starting from the day the products are received.
The withdrawal right is exercised by sending a written communication to the address of IRIS LUCE SRL, (owners of the brand Koolto®), which is specified at the bottom of page, by registered mail with an 'advice of delivery'. The communication can also be send by telegram, provided they are confirmed by registered letter with notification of receipt ('advice of delivery') within the following 48 hours.
The consumer must return the products within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods. To do so, download and fill in the Refund form by clicking on the link:

Customers return goods at their own expense.
Within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, IRIS LUCE SRL will refund the customer the value of the goods as indicated on the sales document. Other possible refound claims in addition to the first (already received) type of product/order will not be considered since the customer has already got the chance to examine goods (ie quality, model, size, colour, etc)
Returned goods will only be accepted if:
· their return has been previously communicated according to the law
· the goods, including accessories and instructions, are intact, in perfect condition and in the original packaging
· shipping is by prepaid delivery — not cash on delivery — with a valid transport document.
European Union regulations establish that the withdrawal right can only be exercised by physical persons (consumers) who act for purposes that may be considered outside commercial activity. The withdrawal right, therefore, cannot be exercised by business and legal entities and physical people who act for purposes linked to commercial activities. The withdrawal right may not be exercised for goods acquired by retailers or parties which for any reason acquired them for resale.
