| | | | | How to shop | Koolto.com is an on-line shop selling exclusive original-design T-shirts with the Koolto® brand.
Shopping at koolto.com is cheap, easy and safe.
To purchase you must be a registered member and registering with koolto.com is free of charge, simple and fast:
click on 'Create Account' and fill in the form with your data.
Once you have registered, each time you want to enter as a member, you can 'Login' by inserting your email address and password chosen during registration.
Once you have found a product that interests you, just add it to the shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button (you can add as many products as you like) and proceed with the purchase by clicking 'Checkout'. You will complete your purchase process in three simple steps: 1. shipping choice, 2. payment choice, 3. order confirmation. (Details)
The 'Shopping Cart' box, at the top right, tells you the list of products added, the individual prices and the total price.
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not imply you have bought it.
Each product page includes a description, price, possible discounts, choice of model, size and color, image with enlargement, and information on sizes, shipping and payments.
The cost of the shipping method you have chosen will then be added to the final price during the checkout process.
The VAT tax (21%) is included. However, the country of destination may impose local taxes.
You can explore the site and add products to the cart without registering, but you have to register to buy our T-shirts and use the many services available for members, such as:
· using the permanent Shopping Cart which keeps the products you have added so you can find them the every time you Log in · managing a personal Address Book, so you can send items purchased to other addresses (a nice idea, for example, if you want to give a Koolto® T-shirt as a birthday present) · checking your Order Status · viewing the Orders History and printing a copy · making a Wishlist, by adding products you want to tag and perhaps buy later, or send to a friend · changing the information of your data · receiving information about products of interest to you · writing Product Reviews and sharing your opinions with other members · and more...

The first step enables you to choose the shipping method and send your purchase to another addressee, if you wish. 2. The second step enables you to choose the payment method.
At this stage you can choose to pay with your Gift Voucher Account or to apply a discount if you have Koolto® Discount Coupons. At this point you have only decided how and to whom you wish to send the product and how to pay. You have not yet confirmed the order.
Nothing will be debited from you until you complete the checkout process by clicking on the 'Confirm' button. 3. The third step is confirming the order. This enables you to effectively complete the purchase. At this point you will see a complete table and, if you want, you can still make changes. Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. We advise you to print a copy or save the text on your computer. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Shipping process | | NB: orders are processed as soon as payment goes through. Therefore to speed up the process, we advise you to pay on-line with a credit card or prepaid card via PayPal.
If you pay by Bank transfer or Postepay recharge, email us (shop@koolto.com) a copy of your bank or post receipt, complete with your name, surname and Koolto® order number.
